The SS-30-3CNC busbar machine is the optimal solution for efficiently processing copper busbars up to 12mm thick and 160mm width. The SS-30-3CNC busbar machine punches, cuts, and bends busbars. It utilizes three independent 4KW high-performance motors, each providing 300KN of hydraulic pressure for the punching, cutting, and bending units. Three people can operate the machine simultaneously, allowing one person to operate without interrupting the other.

The punching unit of the SS-30-3CNC busbar machine features a 6-station turret design, allowing for quick manual rotation and switching of punching dies. Our factory also offers custom 4- and 8-station turrets.

The bending unit of the SS-30-3CNC busbar machine is equipped with five sets of bending dies. Whether bending horizontally or vertically, you can enter any angle (0°-180°) using the HIM mobile touchscreen for automated bending with an accuracy of ±0.3°.

To make the SS-30-3CNC even more efficient, SUNSHINE™ has introduced the upgraded SS-30-3CNC PRO copper busbar machine. Unlike the SS-30-3CNC, the SS-30-3CNC PRO features rapid, automatic positioning of busbar processing coordinates. Both the punching and cutting units are PLC-enabled, resulting in superior processing efficiency compared to a standard 3-in-1 busbar machine.
