The SS-80-3CNC busbar cutting machine utilizes a high-performance 7.5KW motor and can process copper busbars up to 20mm thick x 300mm width, meeting the needs of virtually all electrical switchgear manufacturers. SUNSHINE™ has opened up endless possibilities in copper busbar processing and brought a fresh approach to electrical equipment manufacturers.

The punching unit features a 6-station turret design, allowing the operator to manually switch dies to meet various punching specifications. Custom configurations, such as 4-station and 8-station turrets, are available free of charge.

Unlike the punching and cutting units, the bending unit is equipped with a PLC module, allowing the operator to input any angle. The machine automatically bends the copper busbar to the desired angle, with accuracy unaffected by operator proficiency.

To enhance the efficiency of the SS-80-3CNC, SUNSHINE™ has launched the upgraded SS-80-3CNC PRO copper busbar machine. Unlike the SS-80-3CNC, the SS-80-3CNC PRO features fast, automatic positioning of busbar processing coordinates. Both the punching and cutting units are PLC-enabled, resulting in superior processing efficiency compared to a standard 3-in-1 busbar machine.
