Small and lightweight portable busbar machines are the ideal choice for these scenarios.

SUNSHINE™ offers two series of portable busbar machines: a lightweight Mini 3-in-1 busbar machine and a split busbar processing tool. Both utilize a portable electric hydraulic pump to provide sufficient hydraulic pressure to punch, cut, and bend copper busbars. The maximum processing busbar size is 12 x 200 mm.

Portable 3 in 1 Busbar Machine

The lightweight Mini 3-in-1 busbar machine features a three-station design, offering punching, cutting, and bending capabilities. Weighing only 145 kg, and equipped with four universal pulleys at each corner, it is compact and portable. Equipped with a high-performance solenoid valve and automatic oil return, this portable busbar machine allows for easy switching between punching, cutting, and bending operations by manually rotating the reversing mechanism. It is ideal for small businesses and individual electrical professionals operating on a limited budget.

Split busbar processing tool

The split busbar processing tool is designed specifically for electrical engineers who need to punch, cut, and bend busbars in confined areas. Our engineers offer flexible tool drive options, allowing you to choose between an electric hydraulic pump and a manual hydraulic pump. If your construction site lacks power, you can opt for a manual hydraulic pump.
