The SS-50-3CNC PRO CNC busbar processing machine can process copper busbars up to 16mm thick x 250mm wide. It utilizes a 5.5kW motor and four 400W servo motors, delivering 500kN of efficiency and incredible precision.
Unlike standard 3-in-1 busbar machine, the SS-50-3CNC PRO far surpasses the SS-50-3CNC copper busbar machine in busbar processing efficiency. Four independent servo motors drive high-precision roller screws, automatically positioning the machine based on operator-entered processing coordinates. This automates busbar punching, cutting, and bending operations, eliminating the need for operators to measure and locate busbar processing coordinates with a ruler, significantly improving processing efficiency.
SUNSHINE™’s PRO series busbar processing machines also feature a memory function, eliminating the need for operators to repeatedly enter drawing parameters, significantly improving efficiency and reducing operational errors.
